Lughnasadh 2024
Our Lughnasadh gathering perfectly embraced the pleasures of this season of deep summer.
We gathered at Bergen’s magical mountain home where we kept cool under the shade of trees next to the creek for singing and lovely discussions. We got to know our wants and needs and explored how this season is present in our lives and communities.
We tried our hands at weaving wheat into suns to honor this moment in time and shared a delicious meal of fresh salads, breads and other seasonal delights.
We closed out the gathering by walking down to the Provo River to experience the pleasure of the cold waters on a hot summers day.
It was truly a delightful day honoring this time of deep summer and enter the season of harvest.
