Imbolc 2024
Our Imbolc gathering was a beautiful way to mark the half-way point to the Spring Equinox.
Snow was falling outside as we cozied up inside Courtney’s warm and inviting home where we welcomed many lovely new friends.
We learned a Scottish Gaelic kindling song and heard a couple of short stories about Brigid to help us connect to the goddess and saint in our lives today.
Our communal meal was one of the most abundant and delicious we have ever had with warm soups, breads and a gorgeous array of desserts.
After our meal we split up to do some spell work with mullein torches and to make Brigid’s crosses. We closed out our evening with a fire ritual and our community song.
